Enables a Pre-Approved Employee Database for trainees, making scheduling and planning very easy. Integration with your payroll or HR system is possible, reducing workload to keep your employee database updated. You can upload a monthly “Joiners, Movers and Leavers” Report, or it could be performed through integration. 

The system also caters for a Pre-Approved Training Provider Database. This enables Training Managers and Line Managers to request training for employees, using a pre-approved training provider list. It also assists Training Managers to evaluate the solutions and performance of Training Providers, before an employee enrols for training. 

Similar to the Training Provider functionality, the system allows for Pre-Approved Training Courses, linked to specific providers for use by employees, managers, etc.
